Security Officer Lobby Reception Specialist

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality customer service by executing security procedures and site-specific policies at a front desk location.
• Monitor visitor access by verifying identification and credentials and assisting with sign-in processes for guests, vendors, and employees.
• Manage front desk operations including answering phones, greeting visitors, and providing directions.
• Communicate with building contacts regarding arrivals, access requests, and security-related concerns.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, professional manner and escalate issues through appropriate channels.
• Maintain accurate logs, reports, and records of visitor activity and unusual conditions.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of security-related experience.
• At least 21 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proficiency using a computer or tablet.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with access control systems and badge management.
• Previous experience in a customer service role.
