Security Officer Lead

Responsibilities

• Supervise operations of an assigned client site on assigned shifts
• Manage a team of security officers including scheduling, payroll, training, and coaching
• Handle escalated security issues and emergency situations appropriately
• Develop staff through performance management and on-the-job training
• Reconcile logs, review incident reports, and coordinate preliminary investigations
• Maintain access control, visitor management, and CCTV systems
• Conduct general patrols of the property in various weather conditions
• Provide high-level customer service to tenants and visitors

Requirements

• High School diploma or GED
• 3 years of experience as a security officer or in a related field
• Previous leadership experience in security
• Valid Security License (if required by state)
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check
• Ability to stand, walk, and lift at least 50 lbs
• Ability to read, write, and speak English
