Security Officer Hospital Patrol Driver

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to patients, visitors, staff, and vendors by following security procedures and site-specific policies.
• Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility, grounds, parking areas, and perimeter to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor entrances, exits, and sensitive locations to control access and provide directions.
• Assist with security-related calls for service, de-escalation support, and emergency protocols.
• Document observations and report security-related concerns to site leadership.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• At least 21 years of age.
• Valid driver's license.
• Ability to restrain individuals in a hospital environment.
• Proof of required vaccinations for the hospital assignment.
• Ability to pass a background investigation and drug screen.
