Security Officer Hospital Patrol

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to hospital staff, patients, visitors, and vendors
• Conduct regular and random patrols of facility entrances, parking areas, and perimeters
• Monitor access points and support visitor badge and sign-in procedures
• Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, professional manner
• Assist with de-escalation, directional assistance, and detailed incident documentation
• Maintain a visible presence to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions

Requirements

• Fluent in Spanish (speaking, reading, and writing)
• At least 6 months of security-related experience
• High school diploma or GED
• At least 18 years of age
• Ability to lift up to 20 pounds
• Ability to pass a background investigation and drug screen

Preferred Qualifications

• Comfort using a computer or tablet for reporting and monitoring
