Security Officer Front Desk Clerk

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies at a busy retail distribution location
• Monitor front desk activity, greet employees, visitors, and delivery personnel, and manage access in accordance with site requirements
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns through proper channels when needed
• Maintain visitor logs, perform credential checks, and complete basic reporting related to front desk activity
• Answer phones, provide directions, and communicate with site contacts regarding arrivals, deliveries, and unusual activity

Requirements

• At least 2 years of security-related experience
• At least 21 years of age
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to pass a background investigation and drug screen
• Ability to comply with state and local licensing requirements
