Security Officer Front Desk Associate

Responsibilities

• Provide professional customer service at the front desk by assisting employees, visitors, and vendors.
• Monitor lobby activity and manage visitor check-in/sign-in processes.
• Verify credentials and control access to the location in accordance with established protocols.
• Answer phones, direct guests, and receive/document deliveries.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm and professional manner.
• Maintain detailed logs, reports, and front desk records related to security events and access control.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of security-related experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Ability to pass a background investigation and drug screen.

Preferred Qualifications

• Possession of a guard card and/or security license.
• Proficiency using a computer or tablet.
• CPR and/or First Aid certification.
• Previous experience in customer service roles.
