Security Officer Experienced Unarmed Guard

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies at a commercial real estate location.
• Respond to incidents, tenant concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the property, including common areas, entrances, and parking areas.
• Monitor access points and observe on-site activity, reporting unusual conditions or maintenance concerns.
• Support property operations by assisting visitors, tenants, and vendors with directions and entry procedures.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of security-related experience.
• At least 21 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to pass a background investigation and a drug screen.
• Compliance with all state and local licensing requirements.
