Security Officer Experienced Service Patrol

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies.
• Respond to incidents, maintenance concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the property, including common areas, parking areas, and perimeters.
• Monitor access points and observe site activity to support authorized entry and visitor direction.
• Document daily activities, incidents, and observations in required reports.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5+ years of security-related experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Ability to pass a background investigation and drug screen.
• Must be able to work the specified part-time schedule (Wednesday and Thursday afternoons).

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with alarm panels.
• Previous customer service experience.
