Security Officer Enhanced Part Time Mobile Patrol

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to visitors, shoppers, and store personnel by following security procedures and site-specific policies.
• Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Document relevant details and report concerns through established communication channels.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the retail property, including common areas, entrances, exits, and parking areas.
• Monitor access points and observe activity to deter unwanted behavior and identify unusual conditions.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to pass a background investigation and a drug screen.
• Valid driver's license (required for driving roles).
