Security Officer

Responsibilities

• Deliver a high standard of asset protection, safety, and security within the Bicester Village store
• Carry out regular store patrols, supporting front-of-house presence and back-of-house processes
• Operate access control, ID checks, and control room systems to minimize risk
• Support goods-in and loading bay procedures to ensure secure operations
• Investigate asset protection matters professionally following agreed procedures
• Maintain excellent personal presentation aligned with Burberry standards
• Apply a strong understanding of health and safety, including site evacuation and incident response

Requirements

• Experience in asset protection, security, or loss prevention (ideally in retail)
• Professionalism and discretion when working in a high-profile environment
• Clear and calm communication skills
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
• Understanding of physical security equipment and procedures
• Flexibility to work rotational shifts

Preferred Qualifications

• First Aid certification
• Fire Safety training
