Security Officer Building Access Control

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to visitors, employees, and contractors by following site-specific access protocols.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm and professional manner.
• Conduct regular patrols of production areas, loading zones, parking areas, and perimeters to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor entry and exit points, verifying credentials and visitor access.
• Maintain detailed logs, complete incident reports, and communicate security concerns to supervisors and emergency responders.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Ability to pass a background investigation and drug screen.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Guard card or security license is preferred.
• Experience with access control or badge systems is preferred.
