Security Officer

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout theaters, lobbies, entrances, parking areas, and the perimeter to deter unauthorized activity.
• Provide exceptional customer service to guests, staff, and vendors by following site-specific policies and security procedures.
• Respond to incidents, disturbances, or critical situations in a calm, professional, and problem-solving manner.
• Monitor access points and assist with crowd flow during performances, rehearsals, and special events.
• Communicate security-related concerns, maintenance issues, or incident activity to site contacts and leadership.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of security-related experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Ability to pass a background investigation and a drug screen.
• A guard card or license is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
