Security Officer

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to visitors, tenants, and staff at a retail shopping location
• Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm manner
• Conduct regular foot patrols through common areas, storefronts, and parking areas
• Monitor entrances, exits, and high-traffic areas for suspicious activity
• Communicate with mall management, retailers, and first responders during emergencies

Requirements

• Valid driver's license
• At least 18 years of age
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to pass a background investigation
• Ability to pass a drug screen
• Compliance with state and local licensing requirements
