Security Officer

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, employees, contractors, and visitors by following site-specific security procedures
• Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials, and support badge and visitor management processes
• Respond to incidents, access irregularities, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility and perimeter
• Assist with enforcing location rules related to deliveries, after-hours access, and movement

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least 18 years of age
• Ability to pass a background investigation and drug screen
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet

Preferred Qualifications

• Customer service experience
• Access control and badge experience
