Security Officer

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out site-specific procedures, access control practices, and emergency response activities
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner
• Conduct regular and random armed patrols throughout buildings, parking areas, and perimeter points
• Monitor entry and exit activity and verify credentials
• Maintain a professional presence and follow weapon handling protocols
• Complete required reports related to daily activities and unusual incidents

Requirements

• Possess an armed guard card and/or license
• Possess an active DoD Secret Clearance
• Be at least 21 years of age
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to pass a background investigation and drug screen
• Ability to participate in industry-specific security training programs
