Security Officer

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service at a financial institution location by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner
• Conduct regular and random armed patrols throughout the location, including lobbies, offices, and parking areas
• Monitor entrances and screen visitor and employee access to deter criminal activity
• Support cash handling, opening, and closing activities within a financial services environment

Requirements

• Armed guard card and/or license
• Minimum 21 years of age
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to pass a background investigation
• Ability to pass a drug screen
• Participation in industry-specific security training
