Security Officer

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and contractors by following site-specific access control procedures
• Monitor entry and exit points to manage authorized access and document visitor activity
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the location and perimeter, including gates and loading areas
• Maintain accurate logs and communicate with site personnel regarding access-related issues

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license in the state where the job is located
• At least 1 year of security-related experience
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Ability to pass a background investigation and drug screen

Preferred Qualifications

• Customer service experience
• Comfort using a computer or tablet
