Security Officer

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to visitors, staff, and vendors following site-specific protocols
• Respond to incidents and unusual activity in a calm, problem-solving manner
• Conduct regular patrols of galleries, public areas, and exterior perimeters
• Monitor visitor flow and assist with directional guidance
• Support access control and security screening for designated spaces

Requirements

• At least 1 year of security-related experience
• High school diploma or GED
• Minimum age of 21
• Ability to pass a background investigation and drug screen
• Ability to meet state and local licensing requirements

Preferred Qualifications

• Customer service experience
• Access control and badge experience
