Security Officer

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and staff by following site-specific procedures and access protocols.
• Respond to incidents, unusual activity, or critical situations in a calm and professional manner.
• Conduct regular foot or vehicle patrols throughout lobbies, parking areas, and perimeters to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials, and report suspicious behavior or maintenance issues.
• Complete daily activity logs, incident reports, and shift handoff notes.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Ability to pass a background investigation.
• Ability to pass a drug screen.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in access control or badge management.
• Prior customer service experience.
• Proficiency using a computer or tablet.
• CPR and First Aid certification.
