Security Officer

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to clients by following security-related procedures and site-specific policies
• Conduct regular and random foot patrols around the business perimeter and assigned areas
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, professional, and problem-solving manner
• Monitor assigned areas to deter security-related incidents through a visible presence

Requirements

• Valid New York State Security Guard License
• At least 1 year of security-related experience
• High school diploma or GED
• At least 21 years of age
• Ability to pass a background investigation and drug screen
