Security Officer

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, controlled areas, and perimeter locations to identify suspicious activity or maintenance concerns
• Provide customer service to personnel and visitors by following site-specific policies and security procedures
• Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and critical situations in a calm and professional manner
• Monitor entry and exit points, verifying credentials and visitor authorization
• Prepare clear and timely reports regarding incidents, observations, and patrol findings

Requirements

• Must possess an active DoD TS-SCI clearance
• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Must possess a valid driver's license in accordance with company policy
• High school diploma or equivalent required

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in customer service
• Possession of a state, county, or city issued security-related license
