Security Officer

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service by greeting visitors and monitoring front desk activity
• Verify visitor access, maintain sign-in records, and support badge distribution
• Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and critical situations in a calm manner
• Answer phones and assist employees, contractors, and guests with directions
• Monitor entry points and lobby areas through assigned systems or direct observation

Requirements

• At least 21 years of age
• Valid driver's license
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to pass a background investigation
• Ability to pass a drug screen

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience
• Experience with access control and badge distribution
• Proficiency using a computer or tablet
