Security Officer

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, grounds, and perimeter areas to identify potential issues.
• Monitor access points to deter unauthorized entry and follow protocols for personnel, visitors, and deliveries.
• Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and critical situations in a calm and professional manner.
• Provide high-quality customer service to clients and visitors by following site-specific policies and emergency procedures.
• Document observations, incidents, and daily activities clearly and timely to support reporting requirements.

Requirements

• Active DoD Secret Clearance is required.
• Valid driver’s license in accordance with company policy.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Ability to pass a background investigation and drug screen.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in customer service.
• Experience working with alarm panels.
• Comfort using computers or tablets for reporting.
