Security Officer

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random vehicle and foot patrols of buildings, grounds, and perimeters.
• Monitor access points to verify authorized entry of employees, contractors, and visitors.
• Prepare clear and timely reports regarding incidents, patrol activity, or maintenance concerns.

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license (required for this driving patrol role).
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Ability to pass a background investigation.
• Ability to pass a drug screen.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience.
• Experience with access control or badge systems.
