Security Officer

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies.
• Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of platforms, stations, parking areas, and buildings to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and public areas, reporting suspicious behavior and assisting visitors or staff.
• Support emergency and non-emergency situations by following post orders and coordinating with local agencies.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of security-related experience.
• At least 21 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to pass a background investigation and a drug screen.

Preferred Qualifications

• CPR and First Aid certification.
• Valid guard card or security license.
