Security Officer

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service by following security procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities
• Respond to incidents and critical situations with calmness and effective problem-solving
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the business premises and perimeter
• Manage employee and visitor reception processes in accordance with establishment standards and post orders

Requirements

• At least 21 years of age
• High school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years of verifiable experience
• Fluency in both written and spoken Spanish and English
• Valid Puerto Rico driver's license
• Strong customer service skills
• Availability for rotating shifts and weekly itineraries
• Ability to pass a background investigation and drug screening
