Security Officer

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to employees, visitors, and vendors at a financial services location
• Monitor entrances, lobbies, and assigned areas to verify authorized access and observe activity
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility and perimeter to deter unauthorized activity
• Respond to incidents, unusual activity, or critical situations in a calm and professional manner
• Document observations and prepare clear reports regarding security-related concerns or maintenance issues

Requirements

• At least 1 year of security-related experience
• Minimum of 21 years of age
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to pass a background investigation and drug screen
• Preferred: Customer service experience and comfort using a computer or tablet
• Preferred: State, county, or city issued security-related license
