Security Officer

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to clients, visitors, and staff at a premier financial services location
• Monitor and patrol assigned areas, including lobbies, parking areas, and perimeters, to deter unauthorized activity
• Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and critical situations in a calm and professional manner
• Monitor access points and verify visitor credentials in alignment with site-specific protocols
• Document observations and report relevant details to site contacts and leadership

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of security-related experience
• Must be at least 21 years of age
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to pass a background investigation and drug screen
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience
• Possession of a state, county, or city issued security license
