Security Officer

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to clients by following security procedures and site-specific policies
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, professional, and problem-solving manner
• Conduct regular and random patrols of the location and perimeter to deter security-related incidents
• Monitor assigned areas to safeguard clients and assets at a dynamic tech location

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least 18 years of age
• Ability to pass a background investigation
• Ability to pass a drug screen
• Willingness to work a morning schedule (Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, and Sunday)

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with alarm panels
• Experience with access control or badge systems
• Experience with X-ray screening
• Proficiency using a computer or tablet
• Previous customer service experience
