Security Officer

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to visitors, staff, and vendors by following site-specific access control procedures.
• Monitor entrances, perform credential checks, maintain visitor logs, and manage delivery access.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm and professional manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the perimeter, public areas, and staff spaces.
• Support special events and high-visitor periods by directing traffic and maintaining a visible presence.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Ability to pass a background investigation.
• Ability to pass a drug screen.
• Preferred: Experience with alarm panels, access control, or badge systems.
• Preferred: Proficiency using a computer or tablet.
• Preferred: Previous customer service experience.
