Security Officer Alarm Panel Patrol

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to residents, visitors, and staff by following site-specific procedures and access protocols.
• Respond to incidents, resident concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location and perimeter to identify unusual activity or hazards.
• Monitor entrances, common areas, and assigned spaces to support order and deter security-related incidents.
• Assist with de-escalation support and work alongside site contacts or first responders during urgent situations.
• Document observations and report security-related issues through proper communication channels.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of security-related experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Ability to lift more than 20 lbs.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with alarm panels.
• Possession of a valid guard card or security license.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet for reporting.
