Security Officer Access Control

Responsibilities

• Monitor entry and exit points to verify credentials, badges, and visitor information
• Provide professional customer service to employees, visitors, and delivery personnel
• Conduct regular and random patrols of the warehouse, loading docks, parking, and exterior areas
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner
• Deter unauthorized access by observing foot traffic, vehicles, and deliveries
• Document arrivals, departures, and other access-related activity

Requirements

• At least 1 year of security-related experience
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Ability to pass a background investigation and drug screen
• Ability to work overnight shifts (11:00 PM - 07:00 AM)

Preferred Qualifications

• CPR certification
• Experience with access control or badge systems
• Proficiency using a computer or tablet
• Previous customer service experience
