Responsibilities

• Provide top-tier monitoring support to ensure customer home security
• Respond to emergency and non-emergency alarm calls from customers and authorities
• Analyze and interpret caller situations to dispatch emergency services or provide information
• Maintain clear and concise logs and records in the computer system database
• Coordinate responses from public safety agencies according to standard operating procedures
• Obtain and maintain multiple state regulatory licenses through required training

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Ability to work 100% onsite in Richmond, VA
• Flexibility to work evening and weekend shifts
• Ability to pass multiple state licensing background checks and monitoring exams
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel
• Ability to maintain composure during high-intensity emergency situations
• Strong multitasking and time management skills

Preferred Qualifications

• 6 to 12 months of prior monitoring experience
