Security Monitoring Associate

Responsibilities

• Monitor security cameras to ensure the safety of team members, stores, facilities, and products; identify and report unusual activity
• Welcome and check in visitors using the iPad system, verify authorization, and secure all doors
• Maintain accurate logs including scanned IDs, visitor sign-ins, and daily security notes
• Report camera, alarm, or connectivity issues to management immediately
• Ensure compliance with company policies and state/local cannabis regulations
• Support the team with additional tasks to maintain a clean and safe environment

Requirements

• Alert and observant with a commitment to keeping people and property safe
• Experience with security systems and CCTV monitoring
• Strong communication skills and ability to remain calm under pressure
• Comfortable working with diverse staff and visitors in a respectful, secure setting
• Reliable and flexible with the ability to multitask effectively
