Security Monitoring Associate

Responsibilities

• Monitor security cameras to ensure the safety of team members, stores, facilities, and products
• Welcome and check in visitors using the iPad system and secure all doors
• Maintain up-to-date logs for scanned IDs, visitor sign-ins, and daily security notes
• Report camera, alarm, or connectivity issues to management immediately
• Ensure all activity complies with company policies and state/local cannabis regulations
• Keep the workspace clean and support the team with additional tasks as needed

Requirements

• Alert and observant with a strong commitment to safety
• Experience with security systems and CCTV monitoring
• Strong communication skills and ability to remain calm under pressure
• Reliable, flexible, and capable of handling multiple tasks
