Security Monitoring Associate

Responsibilities

• Watch security cameras to ensure the safety of the team, facilities, and products
• Monitor for unusual activity and communicate concerns effectively
• Welcome and check in visitors using the iPad system and ensure all doors are secure
• Maintain up-to-date logs including scanned IDs, visitor sign-ins, and daily security notes
• Notify management of technical issues with cameras, alarms, or internet connectivity
• Ensure all activity aligns with company policies and cannabis regulations
• Support the team with general tasks to keep the space clean and safe

Requirements

• Experience with security systems and CCTV monitoring
• Strong communication skills and ability to stay calm under pressure
• Ability to work reliably and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Observant and alert mindset
