About the role
Responsibilities
- Monitor security systems and collect relevant information to prevent physical security risks.
- Respond to and assist employees who have experienced security incidents.
- Provide preventive notifications regarding potential risks.
- Support the coordination of authorities and responsible areas to manage security events in Mexico.
Requirements
- 1 to 2 years of experience in security monitoring or similar roles.
- Knowledge of security platforms.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Experience in customer service.
- Availability to work rotating shifts.
- Ability to work 100% onsite in Mexico City.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in monitoring centers within the banking sector.
- Familiarity with specific security platforms such as Microkey (alarms), MarchNetworks and Onsave (CCTV), or Gps Control (GPS).
