Security Manager

Responsibilities

• Support the smooth running of the safety & security department
• Proactively improve guest satisfaction and comfort
• Deliver on safety & security initiatives and hotel targets
• Manage the maintenance team and foster a culture of growth
• Oversee the departmental budget, costs, and inventory
• Build and maintain effective working relationships with key stakeholders
• Deliver an effective planned preventative maintenance programme
• Ensure adherence and compliance to all legislation and due diligence requirements
