Security Manager

Responsibilities

• Support the smooth running of the safety and security department to maintain the highest levels of protection.
• Work proactively to improve guest satisfaction and comfort by delivering timely responses to enquiries.
• Manage the maintenance team, fostering a culture of growth, development, and high performance.
• Oversee the departmental budget, ensuring cost control, inventory management, and productivity targets are met.
• Deliver an effective planned preventative maintenance programme addressing environmental and conservation matters.
• Ensure strict adherence and compliance with all legislation and due diligence requirements for internal and external audits.
• Build and maintain effective working relationships with all key stakeholders.
