Security Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead security governance and risk assessments across multiple projects
• Oversee personnel security processes including vetting, clearances, and insider threat mitigation
• Manage physical security controls and conduct site inspections
• Deliver security awareness programmes and champion a strong security culture
• Lead incident investigations and ensure swift responses to security breaches

Requirements

• Proven track record managing secure environments (e.g., UK Parliament, MoD, or MoJ)
• Knowledge of Cabinet Office and National Protective Security Authority standards
• Practical experience in incident management and business continuity planning
• Excellent communication and stakeholder influence skills
• Ability to hold or achieve Developed Vetting (DV) security clearance
• British citizenship required
