Security Leader, Global Proserve Security

Responsibilities

• Provide technical expertise and security advice to customers and partners to help them develop technical capacity and uplift security capabilities.
• Manage key customer relationships and lead technical engagements, including proof-of-concept projects and custom solution deliveries.
• Advise on architectures and practices that meet industry standards and frameworks such as ISO 27k, NIST CSF, SOC, and PCI-DSS.
• Support the migration of existing applications and the development of new applications using AWS cloud services while ensuring appropriate security management.
• Contribute to the growth of the Professional Services Security business through business development and strategic initiatives.
• Collaborate with AWS engineering and business teams to provide customer feedback for technology roadmaps.
• Mentor and coach team members to support practice management and knowledge transfer.

Requirements

• 7+ years of technical specialist, design, and architecture experience.
• 10+ years of experience in security, compliance, and risk management.
• 5+ years of experience with cloud-based solutions (AWS or equivalent), systems, networks, and operating systems.
• 7+ years of experience in customer-facing, complex, and large-scale project management.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional/military experience.
• Ability to obtain a government security clearance.

Preferred Qualifications

• Relevant security certifications such as CISSP, CISA, or CISM.
• Experience with enterprise security solutions including identity management, federation systems, WAF, IPS, Anti-DDoS, and SIEM.
• Technical expertise in security architecture, automation, integration, and DevOps.
