Security Lead, Deployment & Ops

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end physical security across a portfolio of greenfield data center campuses from groundbreak through steady-state operations
• Define and enforce post orders for contract guard services and manage vendors strategically
• Partner with engineering teams and trades to drive on-schedule deployment of physical security systems, including ESS programming and commissioning
• Carry security commitments to customers and hit every contractual milestone
• Design and execute site-specific strategies for secure material movement and protection of critical assets

Requirements

• Experience with the full data center security lifecycle from groundbreak to go-live
• Deep technical knowledge of Electronic Security Systems (ESS) including programming and commissioning
• Experience auditing guard force compliance and managing vendors
• Ability to plan and execute secure material moves and asset protection on active build sites
• Comfort owning security across all aspects of a construction site

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with hyperscale greenfield builds
• Large-scale ESS deployment and commissioning
• Construction-phase security expertise
• Experience managing customer-facing security commitments
