Security Guard/Lifeguard

Responsibilities

• Monitor and patrol the facility, including pool areas, to maintain a safe environment
• Perform lifeguarding duties, including surveillance of swimming areas and rescue operations
• Enforce facility rules and regulations to prevent accidents and maintain order
• Respond promptly to emergencies, providing first aid and CPR as needed
• Conduct regular safety checks of pool equipment and surrounding areas
• Assist in the implementation of emergency action plans
• Maintain accurate records of incidents, accidents, and rescue operations
• Interact professionally with guests and address concerns
• Collaborate with team members to ensure comprehensive facility security

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid lifeguard certification
• Current CPR and First Aid certifications
• Security guard license or ability to obtain one
• Excellent swimming skills and physical fitness
• Proficiency in surveillance techniques and security protocols
• Ability to work in hot climate conditions
• Fluency in English; Arabic is a plus

Preferred Qualifications

• Proven experience in lifeguarding, security, or a combination of both
• Strong knowledge of water safety and emergency response procedures
