Responsibilities

• Maintain surveillance in the shopping center to ensure everyone feels safe
• Act as the first point of contact for visitors, shop staff, and suppliers
• Handle situations with a service-oriented approach while acting decisively when necessary
• Prevent and signal shoplifting and disturbances of order
• Check deliveries and goods flows
• Intervene in unsafe situations calmly, professionally, and decisively

Requirements

• Possession of an MBO-2 Security diploma
• Availability during the day, evening shopping hours, and weekends
• Possession of a Category B driver's license and own transportation
• Residence within a 40km radius of Eindhoven
• Strong command of the Dutch language
• Ability to remain calm in unexpected situations
