Security Guard Morning Patrol Officer

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to patients, visitors, staff, and vendors within a healthcare setting.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of buildings, entrances, parking areas, and perimeters to deter unauthorized activity.
• Respond to incidents, disturbances, or critical situations in a calm and professional manner.
• Monitor access points and common areas, assisting with visitor direction and screening processes.
• Document observations and report maintenance concerns, suspicious behavior, or policy violations.
• Support personnel during medical-related calls, evacuations, and other urgent events by following site protocols.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Ability to pass a background investigation.
• Ability to pass a drug screen.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in customer service.
• Experience with access control and badge systems.
• Comfort using computers or tablets for reporting.
