Security Guard

Responsibilities

• Control and monitor access for personnel, visitors, contractors, and suppliers
• Maintain accurate logs of entries and exits using internal systems
• Monitor CCTV systems and conduct regular surveillance patrols
• Supervise compliance with safety regulations and the use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
• Respond to emergencies and provide first aid assistance when necessary
• Monitor parking areas and facility grounds
• Support investigations regarding incidents and accidents
• Control and record hazardous waste and ensure environmental compliance
• Coordinate messaging and provide internal logistical support
• Execute security checklists and established safety protocols

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in industrial or asset security
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office and CCTV monitoring systems
• Strong knowledge of access control, surveillance, and security protocols
• Understanding of internal and external security regulations
• Availability to work rotating shifts

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with emergency response brigades, evacuation procedures, or firefighting
