Security Guard Experienced Site Patrol

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout common areas, storefront corridors, parking areas, and the exterior perimeter to deter unwanted activity.
• Provide customer service to visitors, tenants, and staff by following site-specific policies and security procedures.
• Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, professional, and problem-solving manner.
• Monitor access points and high-traffic areas, assisting with crowd management and addressing suspicious behavior.
• Document observed activity and complete routine reports related to incidents and patrol activities.
• Communicate effectively with site leadership and follow all post orders.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of security-related experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Ability to lift up to 20 pounds.
• Ability to pass a background investigation and drug screen.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in customer service.
• Possession of a guard card or security license.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet for reporting.
