Security Guard

Responsibilities

• Monitor personnel entering and exiting the facility to ensure site security
• Enforce access control policies for employees, visitors, and contractors
• Monitor CCTV, telephone systems, and emergency alarm systems
• Respond proactively to emergency situations and follow established procedures
• Perform administrative duties including data entry, diary reconciliation, and basic inventory management
• Conduct truck inspections and complete weigh master duties
• Enforce Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) at all times
• Maintain professional communication and provide detailed shift handovers

Requirements

• High School diploma, GED, or equivalent experience
• Proven experience as a security officer or guard
• Knowledge of legal guidelines for area security and public safety
• Basic computer skills and ability to use surveillance systems
• Ability to work the scheduled shift (10:30 PM - 6:30 AM)
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Strong verbal and written communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• One year of related security experience
