About the role
Responsibilities
- Act as a contact person for customers, visitors, and employees
- Perform access controls and regular patrol rounds
- Detect theft, document incidents, and record reports
- Enforce house rules
- Collaborate with police during security-relevant incidents
- Support self-service checkout areas to prevent misuse or errors
- Handle reporting and documentation of special occurrences
Requirements
- Successful completion of IHK Sachkundeprüfung according to § 34a GewO
- Professional experience in security services
- Clean criminal record (Führungszeugnis)
- Very good written and spoken German skills
- High level of responsibility and service orientation
- Ability to work in a team, flexibility, and reliability
- Independent and customer-oriented way of working
