About the role
Responsibilities
- Patrol designated areas to ensure the safety and security of premises
- Monitor surveillance cameras and alarm systems for any suspicious activity
- Maintain a visible presence to deter illegal activities and enforce company policies
- Respond promptly to alarms or calls for assistance and take appropriate action to resolve issues
- Write detailed incident reports and provide accurate documentation of any incidents or disturbances
Requirements
- Minimum of two years of prior experience in security services
- Secondary school certificate
- Physical fitness and the ability to handle emergency situations
- Ability to work in shifts and adapt to changing schedules
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Valid security guard license is preferred
